Organic Stoneground Wholemeal Flour
This flour is 100% organic with nothing added or removed.

Organic wheat is grown in the traditional way by farmers practising methods that enhance natural soil fertility. They work with nature and use crop rotation to combat pests, diseases and weeds.

Organic wholemeal flour contains the germ and the bran. The germ is high in protein and essential vitamins, while the bran provides much needed roughage.

Milled slowly between two stones, the flour has a very distinctive flavour. Bread made from such flour has an improved taste and texture.

Organic Stoneground White Flour
Is identical to Organic wholemeal flour except that once milled we pass it through a series of sieves. This removes much of the bran but leaves an organic flour which makes perfect baking for people who prefer pastry, cakes and bread made from a lighter finer flour. This is an unbleached flour with a fine bran content which will add flavour and colour to your baking.
